It would be wrong if the North Country Chamber of Commerce didn't honor the largest creature of the northern NH & VT forests that draws visitors back, time and time again-- the mighty moose! Each year, the weekend before Labor Day in August we hold a series of events, full of fun, showcasing all the great things the North Country has to offer. For 23 years now, the festival has been running strong. Come enjoy our country festival with family entertainment, a classic car show, a growing craft fair, contests and activities for all ages in the heart of a most peaceful and beautiful destination. The tapestry of mountains, lakes, forests and streams will take your breath away-- so much that you might not want to leave!! Paradise comes in many forms...
Special thanks to Wes Lavin for offering us all these great photos of the 23rd Annual North Country Moose Festival!
